Annoyingly Self-Congratulatory Post

YIPPEEE!!!

Just before I left for vacation, I hurriedly finished my latest BYU class, British History From 1689 to the Present. (That title alone really sparks your interest, right?). I finally got my midterm and final exam grades and they are...drumroll...a 97% (that's an A) on the midterm and an 89% (B+) on the final! Okay, they aren't perfect, but if you knew how fast I whipped up this class you'd be impressed. MANY thanks to Dan, Joel, and Caity for watching the kids so I could do two exams in three weeks (not counting the 24 essays I had to write!) and still manage a reasonable grade!

I also sent in an email to the DisUnplugged Podcast and it was read on the air! This is the second time this is happening. I'm sure any day they'll be bringing me down to Orlando as a guest host, all expenses paid. Just wait.

Could winter just be OVER? The roads are horrible, it's cold, and there is 3 feet of snow on my picnic table. That includes all the snow that was smushed down on the bottom layer. Plus, Hunter's sick with another cold. Geez.

Ok- Ditto about the weather. UGG!!! Congrats on finishing all that school stuff! That would be so tough to do first of all, and then add the family on top of that... Way to go Super You! - Sorry! I had to borrow a line from "Super Why" :)

Okay, this doesn't have anything to do with your latest post (huge congrats, by the way!!!) but do you have any good info on Disney cruises? Is there any way to get a good price or are they all monstrously expensive? Have you guys ever done one? What are your thoughts?

Hey Megan-

Guess I should email you about this one, huh? I know exactly two things about Disney Cruises: 1. I want to go on one but probably won't anytime soon, and 2. the earlier you book, the better price you get.

And if I were actually going on a Disney Cruise I'd book through Dreams Unlimited Travel (see wdwinfo.com). They give you a shipboard credit and find the best price possible.

OH, and I've only heard fantastic things about the Disney Cruise Line. Apparently, their kids programs are incredible but there is no demographic that doesn't have something for them onboard (except gambling...might be hard for you and Sonny, but it's just a few days, right? :) )
